Shipping Information

For standard delivery of items in stock, Fed-ex will deliver as quickly as 5-9 business days. Deliveries made between 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Any order placed will need two days of processing time and will be shipped on the third day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number by email which will allow you to check the status of your order at www.fedex.com.

At Attiser, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priorities. We carefully inspect your order before shipment.

We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, dirty, or washed items. We also cannot accept returns of “final sale” items which are identified by a price which ends in .89. Goods need to go back in the original package. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a receipt as a record of your return. Attiser reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable (unless the return is the result of an error on our part e.g. incorrect item sent, item damaged). You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will deduct from your refund amount or credit card.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the product and then buy the one you need.

Refunds 

We provide you with 100% money back guarantee on the items purchased. Refund excludes the shipping and handling fees. You are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to return merchandise. All refunds for returned merchandise are credited to the same credit card used or to the PayPal account used to make the purchase. Although we never store your credit card information, our credit card processing company assigns each approved transaction a unique transaction id which we use to credit your account with the correct amount.


Different shipping address

Custom and import duties

All customs duties, import taxes, and any other additional fees are to be borne by the customer. Our courier service assumes the responsibility of clearing your parcel through customs. In general, small value shipments shipped to residential addresses do not attract duty. Orders that attract duty are large orders shipped to commercial addresses. These additional charges, if any, must be borne by the customer, as we do not have any control over them and cannot advise what they may be. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which levied once a shipment reaches his or her country. When ordering from leattiser.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Purchasing and payment:

To make a purchase from leattiser.com just select "Add to cart option" on the product page and then press the "Checkout” when you are ready to make a purchase. You will move to our secure checkout where you will see the summary of your purchase including tax, and shipping and handling fees. Finally, you will be asked to provide with the details of your billing and shipping addresses.

Once you have entered these details, you will need to provide payment details. Your order will be checked for security through our secure payment gateway and will be processed if safe.
